Located just 5 km from the hostel facilities is an area designated for the use of facilities dedicated to scientific research. The area covers the left territory as it crosses the Madre de Dios River, where there are numerous ecosystems, hundreds of species of birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, insects, plants and trees belonging to these primary forests.
